At Energy Team Extension, we specialize in helping companies that do clean energy projects including commercial solar, battery, electric vehicle and microgrid projects move faster. Whether you are buying or selling, our goal is to be an extension of your team for as long (or short) as you need to move your key initiatives forward.
ETE works with companies who expect more than an expensive consulting team to tell them what to do then walk away. We like to help create the plan, based on real world experience, then get our hands dirty with you on the execution of the plan.

While at SunPower back in its heyday, Jared worked in the commercial and utility projects group working directly with VPs and Presidents on key initiatives.
Jared was the first hire into the Solar group at Berkshire Hathaway and helped build the business including owner's rep duties at the world's largest solar project at the time, the 550MWac Topaz Solar Farm.
At NV Energy, the largest utility in Nevada, Jared worked on all commercial and utility scale solar projects, including development, RFPs, bid evaluation, and corporate business planning.
At Duke Energy, Jared was in charge of sales and sales ops and ran the commercial sales team for subsidiary REC Solar Commercial which sold and installed hundreds of solar, battery and microgrids projects throughout the US.
Jared led the rise of the most innovative onsite energy team for a corporate (Prologis) and set in motion their goal to become the largest owner of onsite solar in the US as well as creating or expanding programs in Mexico, China, Japan and across Europe. He did the business case and foundational effort to launch the EV program, and rolled out a commercial battery product.
Jared has worked as buyer, seller and owner on over 500 energy projects from 50kw to 550MWac and will bring a unique holistic perspective to your team.
